Vicky Cosstick is a consultant, facilitator and coach who works primarily in the international aid and development sector, and with UK based voluntary organisations.

She is dedicated to achieving excellence and effective outcomes for managers and leaders, teams, groups and organisations that face complex challenges in learning, change and conflict resolution.

Vicky is based in London and Ireland, and travels in the UK, Europe and internationally to work with a wide range of organisations that are striving to combat marginalisation of people, poverty and injustice.
